What were you doing before Office Pride?

I served as the Vice President of Operatioins for a building services contractor.

Why did you go into business for yourself?

I decided to start my own business because I wanted to create a legacy of generational wealth for my family and make a positive impact on society.

Why did you choose Office Pride?

I chose Office Pride because it is a faith-based Christian organization that fosters a family-like culture. Their values aligned with my own, and I appreciated the emphasis on treating employees and clients with respect and integrity.

How has it changed your life?

Office Pride has had a significant impact on my life. Working with franchise owners who share my values and beliefs and has been the most significant benefit. The relationships I have built with them extend beyond business, and we support each other in personal and spiritual aspects. Being a business owner, I value the independence and flexibility it brings. The best part of it is that I get to positively impact my employees through the business.

What were you doing before Office Pride?

Before Office Pride, I was working as graduate engineers in a reputable engineering firm in West Houston. I had completed my Civil Engineering studies at Texas A&M, and while the work was challenging and fulfilling, I knew that I was meant for something greater.

Why did you go into business for yourself?

I decided to venture into entrepreneurship because I craved the freedom to be my own boss and pursue my passions without restrictions. The 9-to-5 work culture never really resonated with me, and I yearned for a more dynamic and fulfilling lifestyle.

Why did you choose Office Pride?

When I discovered office Pride, I was immediately drawn to its core values. The headquarters team exuded authenticity, and I knew that I had found the right fit for my business goals and values.

How has it changed your life?

Office Pride has been a game changer in my life, providing me with the opportunity to grow my own business and attain the freedom i always wanted. I now have the flexibility to prioritize my personal life and invest in other ventures., making my dreams a reality. The 24/7 work culture of being a business owner can be challenging, but it’s a small price to pay for the immense rewards that come with owning your own business.
