No. Our business model trains you to build a robust cleaning staff capable of covering cleaning needs when regularly scheduled personnel is unavailable.

Yes. We are a five-star participant in the International Franchise Association’s (IFA’s) VetFran program, and we offer a 25% off franchise fee to honorably discharged U.S. military members.

The franchise fee is $45,000, which covers many items, including the right to use our proven system, branding, training, ongoing coaching, and support.  Please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for complete information.

The standard royalty fee is 9% of all gross revenue sales collected, plus 1% of all gross revenue sales collected for the national ad fund. The ad fund fee goes toward national marketing and public relations efforts on the franchise system’s behalf, plus marketing collateral, consumer educational and sales materials, your personalized location page, social media marketing support, and more.

Office Pride has a proven system and tools for recruiting, selecting, and retaining employees.

Your staff will come from a diversified pool of candidates. Staff members may have other full-time employment, be it a student looking to earn while they learn or retirees looking to make some extra money and stay active as they age.
