Company History

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services was founded in 1992 by Todd Hopkins as he researched the commercial cleaning industry while working on his MBA. Office Pride began franchising in 1996.

Today, Office Pride has grown to be a nationally acclaimed commercial cleaning franchise with nearly 150 franchises across the nation. Office Pride is in Franchise Business Review’s Hall of Fame and consistently ranks among Franchise Business Review’s top franchises for its exceptional franchisee satisfaction ratings. Todd Hopkins, CBSE, is the founder and CEO of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in management from the University of Memphis and an MBA from Butler University. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Birthing of Giants Executive Entrepreneurship Academy, a prestigious program for top entrepreneurs.

A member of the board and past president of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), Hopkins received BSCAI’s highest honor, the Walter L. Cook Award for distinguished service to the commercial cleaning industry, in 2008. He also serves on the national board of directors of the Christian Business Men’s Connection.

Hopkins has authored or co-authored four best-selling books, “The Stress Less Business Owner,” “The Carrot Chaser,” “The Janitor” and “Five Wisdoms for Entrepreneur Survival.” He recently published a fifth book, “Stop Using the ‘B’ Word.”
