Building a strong foundation is critical for long-term success in business. We build that foundation with you through effective training, coaching and ongoing support.
Office Pride Training Program
Our Office Pride Training Program is designed to help you manage the main components of any business: sales, operations and financial management. Training takes place in stages to help you achieve the best results.
Initial training at our Corporate Headquarters – Palm Harbor, Florida
Initial training will give you an in-depth introduction to the Office Pride Business System.
In-Market Sales and Operations Training
We will schedule in-market training sessions utilizing Office Pride’s Certified Trainers. Our Certified Trainers are established Office Pride franchise owners who have been right where you are and they are eager to help new franchisees any way they can. It is their way of giving back to the Office Pride family.
In-Market Sales Training
A Certified Trainer will visit your market area to work with you, one-on-one, to implement all areas of the Office Pride Customer Development System.
In-Market Operations Training
After you have successfully sold your initial accounts, a Certified Trainer will visit your market area to complete your one-on-one training in the Operations Management and Support Systems.
Financial Management Training
You will receive in-depth training in financial management the week after your initial training and then you will receive ongoing coaching with your Launch Specialist and Franchise Business Consultant.
Launch to Growth
We know your first year is the most critical in creating a strong foundation for your Office Pride business. Our Launch to Growth Program provides ongoing, side-by-side coaching from a Launch Specialist who will be with you, every step of the way, throughout the first year of your business operations. Launch to Growth has three specific foundation-building phases.
First 90 Days
During your first 90 days, Certified Trainers and your Launch to Growth Specialist will walk you through hiring and training employees, generating leads and closing sales, and applying the fundamentals of sound financial management.
4 to 6 Months
During months 4 to 6, your Launch to Growth Specialist will coach you on how to retain qualified employees, retain customers and manage your business financials for continued healthy growth.
7 to 12 Months
During months 7 to 12, you will continue to receive additional coaching and reinforcement on effective and efficient methods for floor cleaning, specialty cleaning, budget management, growing your employees and large account sales.
Franchise Business Coaching
Once your foundation has been established, you will transition to our Franchise Business Coaching Team. You will have monthly coaching sessions with a dedicated Franchise Business Consultant who will work with you to stay on track with your business plan and achieve the goals of your Franchise Vision Plan.
The Office Pride Franchise Operations Team will continue to provide you with the tools and coaching you need to run your business, track progress toward meeting your business goals and measuring the results of your business activities.
Vision Groups are Office Pride’s form of peer groups. You will be assigned to a group of franchisees who are at or near your stage of growth. Vision Groups give you the benefit of interacting, communicating, learning and building relationship with other franchisees. Franchisees tell us that they highly value their Vision Group relationships as they grow.
The Annual Retreat is a time for franchise business owners to gather for fellowship, networking and learning about industry hot topics and best practices. You will be able to attend business leadership seminars, keynote speaker sessions and meet Office Pride’s preferred vendor partners. Highlights include an Awards Dinner to recognize top performing franchisees and a time of sharing during which we reflect on past accomplishments, what we have learned and where we are headed.
Regional Growth Conferences
Our Regional Growth Conferences are scheduled about six months after the Annual Retreat. You and other franchise owners will learn about various initiatives Office Pride has planned for the upcoming year and enjoy fellowship together.
The Vine is a digital resource center, available 24/7, where you can keep informed of corporate initiatives, communicate with other business owners, and access resources to help manage your business finances, operations and sales activities.
- Intranet: View corporate announcements, the document library, communicate online with other franchisees and more.
- Learning Center: Access online educational materials for your employees and you, including human resources tools.
- Sales Amplifier: Manage leads and customer contacts, set up email campaigns, send email blasts, run reports and more.
- Billing Services: Access and manage financial documents, customer invoices, forms and financial reporting.
- Company Store: Order corporate marketing flyers, brochures, apparel and giveaways for your business.
