Meet Office Pride’s Senior Leadership Team

Office Pride’s senior leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting our franchisees and helping their businesses grow and prosper. For more than 26 years our corporate team has helped men and women achieve financial independence through successfully operating their own faith-based commercial cleaning and janitorial service business.


Todd Hopkins – Founder and President/CEO

Todd founded Office Pride in 1992. His vision is to expand the franchise further across the nation while maintaining the company’s faith-based culture and core values throughout every aspect of operations. Read more about our Founder and President/CEO here.

 


Gerry Henley, CFE – Executive Vice President

Gerry Henley, Office Pride’s Executive Vice President, holds a Certified Franchise Executive designation and is experienced in all aspects of franchise sales and operations. Gerry is an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for serving, coaching and helping franchisees maximize their success by having the most efficient business and operational systems in place to start, manage and grow their businesses.


Maria Haan, CFE – Director of Operations

Maria Haan is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of franchise experience. She joined the Office Pride corporate team as Franchise Business Consultant in February 2018 and took on the role of Director of Operations in January 2019. From January 2006 to February 2018, Maria previously served as Vice President of Bayside Accounting & Consulting Group, Inc. in St. Petersburg, Florida.


Rich Helm – Director of Franchise Development

Rich Helm is an experienced franchise professional who holds a bachelor’s degree in technology and previously founded an independent manufacturers’ rep agency in the Northeast. Ten years later, Rich moved to Florida and acquired his second franchise. After six years of success he sold it and became a franchise broker. When Office Pride’s faith-based franchise model caught his attention, he joined the team to help other entrepreneurs achieve their business vision.


James Hopkins – Director of Corporate Finance

James Hopkins first joined Office Pride in 2011 and for the past eight years rose through the ranks from Executive Assistant, to Accountant, to his current role as Director of Finance. James majored in Business and Professional Leadership with a minor in Bible Studies from Southeastern University. He is living and working his “dream career” as Director of Finance for Office Pride.


Gina Signor – Director of Marketing and Branding

Gina Signor possesses a bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Marketing and Personnel Management and diverse experience in marketing communications and branding, human resources management, training and quality assurance. In 2018, while seeking career change and new challenges, she found Office Pride’s core values, faith-based culture and business model appealing, compelling her shift from the financial services industry to Office Pride.
