Office Pride’s senior leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting our franchisees and helping their businesses grow and prosper. Since 1992, Office Pride has helped men and women achieve financial independence by successfully operating their own faith-based janitorial and commercial cleaning business. The entire headquarters team is committed to supporting our franchise owners every step of the way.

As the founder of Office Pride, Todd established not only the business model but also the core values that the company is built on. Since he started Office Pride in 1992, his mission has been to help people achieve their dreams of business ownership and live out their faith by opening and operating successful commercial cleaning businesses using the Office Pride franchise brand and systems.


COO Patrick Durkee

Pat Durkee – Chief Operating Officer

Pat oversees Office Pride’s marketing, operations, franchise development and training teams at the corporate headquarters. He develops long-term business strategies and policies to promote corporate culture and vision and foster high performance, while maintaining focus on Office Pride’s franchisees and customers.


Jeff McMullen  Jeff McMullen – Chief Financial Officer

Jeff oversees Office Pride’s accounting, finance, billing services and information technology departments at the corporate headquarters. He advises the CEO on long-term financial forecasting, budgets and financial planning to ensure the financial liquidity, strength and growth of the franchise system.


Zach Grimmig – Director of Franchise Development

Zach recruits entrepreneurs interested in achieving their dreams by owning an Office Pride franchise. As future franchisees’ first point of contact, he guides candidates through the franchise process and provides information on day-to-day operations and support they will receive from Office Pride. He discusses their objectives with them to see if we are a good mutual fit.


James Hopkins – Director of Corporate Finance

James oversees accounting for the Office Pride corporate entity and serves on the senior leadership team. He assists the CFO and other departments by providing accurate and timely financials and data to make informed decisions or strategic improvements.


Hiram Rodriguez – Director of Operations

Hiram supports Office Pride’s franchisees by coaching and helping each franchisee maximize performance and achieve their goals so they can fulfill their Vision Plan.


Gina Signor – Director of Marketing and Branding

Gina oversees and leverages all marketing assets and channels to tell the Office Pride story and serves on the senior leadership team. She works to increase Office Pride’s brand value, reputation and position in the marketplace to help attract and retain the best franchise owners, customers, employees and strategic business partners.

Celeste Gibson – Billing Services Manager

Celeste supports Office Pride’s franchise owners by managing invoicing, accounts receivable and collections for franchise owners and their customers.


Kim Mastin – Assistant Billing Services Manager

Kim manages all collections activities for Office Pride franchise owners to ensure timely payments for services rendered. She also serves as backup to the billing services manager.


John Selkow – Technical Operations Manager

John helps franchise owners increase operational efficiencies. He manages the vendors, supply chain and in-field support to ensure franchise owners are properly equipped with state-of-the-art tools and processes.


Scott Ramsey, CBSE – Franchise Business Consultant

Scott supports Office Pride franchisees by coaching and providing encouragement to help owners maximize performance in growing and scaling their businesses in order to fulfill their Vision Plan.


Amy Jackson, CBSE – Learning and Development Facilitator

Amy oversees franchisee development programs and the training department. She creates and facilitates training for Office Pride franchise owners and their employees, and ensures that training is relevant and stays current within the industry.


Jeff Stucki – Technology and Systems Administrator

Jeff oversees all software platforms and systems for Office Pride headquarters. He also manages audio/video production and is the corporate liaison to Office Pride’s technology vendor partners.



Manny Carrasco – Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist

Manny liaisons with Office Pride’s preferred marketing partners to create and maintain franchisee microsites and social media platform pages. He provides web, social media and graphic design support to Office Pride’s headquarters team and franchise owners.
