Our training and support has been refined over a 25+ year to equip our franchisees for success. Our training incorporates many different aspects listed below. We like to look at this training as “customized coaching.” Different people have different strengths and weaknesses. While we build on your strengths, we concentrate on improving your weaknesses. Your success is our success!
When you become an Office Pride business owner, you receive all the support you would need to learn, run, and grow your operation effectively and efficiently. This includes ongoing marketing support, extensive training, telemarketing and sales support, a dedicated Support Center staff, executive team, and significant vendor discounts.
Typically, it takes 30 – 90 days to get an Office Pride franchise up and running. After the initial franchise training and few weeks of support, you should be building your customer base by the end of your first month. The following are some highlights for training and support:
- 3 week pre-training
- Initial one week training at our Support Center in Palm Harbor
- Three on-site Certified Trainer visits at your location for customer development, operations, and financial management.
