Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Lexington-Georgetown has been purchased by Office Pride multi-unit owner David Burks of Louisville. Burks also owns and operates Office Pride of Louisville, Ky.-Clarksville, Ind.

Office Pride of Lexington-Georgetown provides a full range of routine janitorial services to offices, medical facilities, schools, churches, banks and other commercial properties in Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Midway and Versailles. The franchise also offers specialty services, including disinfectant services, carpet cleaning, and floor stripping and waxing.

Burks has been a successful business owner for more than 25 years and has been an Office Pride franchise owner for more than five years. He is the Office Pride area developer for the Kentucky and Southern Indiana region, helping new franchise owners launch their own businesses, and he is a certified trainer for Office Pride.
