An easily scalable business model and strong training and support help franchisees open multiple locations
Office Pride commercial cleaning franchise owners can rest easy knowing they are operating a business backed by an easily scalable model and strong training and support. We’re also getting industry recognition from some of the top resources that entrepreneurs rely on when researching franchise opportunities: the Franchise Times 200+ List and Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500 List.
Being part of something bigger and sharing our strong core values are just a few of the things that attracted Florida franchisee Katie Blondell to Office Pride. During her training, she saw a company that attracted professionals from all backgrounds, from accounting to engineering, who had like-minded goals to succeed and that had a corporate team and fellow franchisees committed to supporting that success.
“My husband and I have been overwhelmingly pleased with the movement, the progression, and the growth that we’ve experienced since we began,” Blondell says. “The support has been amazing from local franchisees here in Florida, as well as from the corporate office and our area developer. There’s no shortage of information and support. We definitely have what we need to help us succeed.”
Training is an ongoing commitment
Once an Office Pride cleaning franchise owner is on board, he or she will begin to learn about the Office Pride business system. New franchisees spend a week in intensive training at our headquarters in Tampa, Florida, working alongside our team.
“People refer to that week as ‘drinking water from a fire hose,’ and it’s pretty intense,” says Director of Franchise Development Rich Helm. “And if that were all we were doing, then it would be too much. Since it’s just the foundation for ongoing learning, though, it’s a great way for new owners to really dive in and get themselves ready for opening day.”
The training doesn’t stop after opening day. Once a new Office Pride cleaning franchise has launched, a certified trainer makes three site visits with the owner to help identify and resolve any issues, answer any questions they may have and reinforce best practices.
“We also have dedicated business coaches available for every owner, as well as supplemental educational materials for marketing, customer development and more,” Helm says. “When we say training is never over, we mean that — whether it’s a new franchise owner or one who’s been around for years and who has seen strong growth. We believe that all of us can always improve – so we train that way.”
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is a 27-year-old, faith-based franchise system that offers entrepreneurs a proven business system, comprehensive support network and potentially lucrative financial opportunity — plus the ability to live your faith through your own business and make a difference in your community.
“There are many brands in our sector, but none offer the combination of training, support, territory structure and core values that Office Pride does,” Carr says.
