Training is an ongoing commitment at Office Pride
Once an Office Pride cleaning franchise owner is on board, he or she will begin to learn about the Office Pride business system. New franchisees spend a week in intensive training at our headquarters in Tampa, Florida, working alongside our team.
“People refer to that week as ‘drinking water from a fire hose,’ and it’s pretty intense,” says Director of Franchise Development Rich Helm. “And if that were all we were doing, then it would be too much. Since it’s just the foundation for ongoing learning, though, it’s a great way for new owners to really dive in and get themselves ready for opening day.”
The training doesn’t stop after opening day. Once a new Office Pride cleaning franchise has launched, a certified trainer makes three site visits with the owner to help identify and resolve any issues, answer any questions they may have and reinforce best practices.
“We also have dedicated business coaches available for every owner, as well as supplemental educational materials for marketing, customer development and more,” Helm says. “When we say training is never over, we mean that — whether it’s a new franchise owner or one who’s been around for years and who has seen strong growth. We believe that all of us can always improve – so we train that way.”
