The “Customer Service” award is given annually to the Office Pride franchisee who receives the highest satisfaction ratings from their customers with a minimum response rate of 30 percent and a minimum of 25 customer responses.
The “Standards of Excellence” award is presented to the top 10 percent of franchisees system-wide and is based on sales growth, customer retention, positive customer feedback, corporate compliance and continuing education, while the “Two Million Dollar Club” award is granted to the franchise owner who bills at least $2 million each calendar year.
