How do your professional backgrounds make you a good Office Pride franchisee team?
“Kristen and I have both worked in management for many years and it has prepared us well to own a commercial cleaning franchise. We’re excited to put our strengths together and begin this new journey. Kristen has a background in retail, having spent the last six years working as a manager. Her commitment to working with a team to create a positive environment for customers and employers has provided excellent training for owning an Office Pride franchise.”
“My background is in investigative control for hospitals and medical facilities, an industry I’ve worked in for more than 10 years. I was tasked with reducing germ levels and working with the CDC in hospitals such as the University of North Carolina Hospital. I managed large housekeeping staffs in buildings, as well as overseeing floor care, maintenance and maintaining high quality levels. What is your interest in opening an Office Pride franchise?
“Kristen and I (Brandon) are excited to open a family-owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise. We wanted to be part of a strong brand that had a strong reputation and fit well with our beliefs. Office Pride is representative of the kind of company we wanted to be a part of. It matches all of our values, including honesty and integrity.”
“We both grew up in churches and a have a strong faith background. When it comes time to make important decisions, we always turn to our faith. The opportunity to own a business that involves family and has a strong family base is very exciting to us. We’ve already got my mom on board to help out, and I’m sure we’ll be bringing on more family members soon. We look forward to providing new opportunities for employment for the community, as well as making a difference for local businesses.”
How do your personal lives and interests contribute to your business?
“I have always enjoyed giving back to my community. I am currently a Martial Arts instructor, and I received my belt from a Master in Japan. I teach military personnel, employees and self-defense courses for women. As a licensed instructor, teaching martial arts is my way of giving back and bringing my unique skills to the community.”
Where does your cleaning franchise operate?
“Our office is located in Henderson, Tennessee, and we will be operating throughout the North Nashville area, including Mount Juliet, Goodlettsville, Gallatin and Green Hill.
