Office Pride ranked fifth categorically in 2015’s top 200 list
Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm, announced that Office Pride joins the elite companies earning a spot in their annual Top 200 Franchise Companies List. The list, entitled The Best of the Best, Top 200 Franchise Systems List for 2015, ranked hundreds of participating franchise companies by their overall levels of franchise owner satisfaction.
We were ranked fifth in the cleaning and maintenance services. There are an estimated 77 billion square feet of commercial floor space in the United States and a potential commercial cleaning market of $115 billion, according to Marketdata Enterprises Inc. Currently, the commercial cleaning industry is an estimated $78 billion a year business, and we have a great presence in that market.
“This ranking by a respected authority and well-researched marketing firm is good news for our growing company,” says Franchise Training and Support Manager Olon Hyde. “This is a reflection of how the franchisees see our business. Our franchisees are extremely satisfied with what they do, and we look forward to continued growth this year.”
We are a faith-based commercial cleaning franchise that exists to equip people to build a profitable business that glorifies God. Our franchisees provide top-quality cleaning services through commitment to honesty, integrity and hard work. Christian values are the backbone of our business; everyone – from customers and vendors to employees and franchisees – is treated with the same respect. In a business known for high employee turnover, Office Pride keeps employees. That’s what comes from paying people a decent wage, treating them fairly and showing them respect.
The Franchise Business Review Top 200 ranking puts us into an elite group of the best franchise companies in the country. More than 3,000 companies franchise in the United States, but only companies with excellent fundamentals, great financial position and high franchisee satisfaction scores earn a spot in the ranking.
The franchise magazine surveyed 28,500 franchisees from 350 brands that have at least 10 franchises in North America. The survey ascertained franchisees’ thoughts on financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations and product development, core values (e.g., honesty and integrity of franchisor), general satisfaction and the franchisee community.
“I’ve been involved with many franchise owners in my career, and we are very proud of the group we have today,” Olon says.
We rely on our expanding roster of franchisees to secure as big a market share as possible in that $78 billion a year commercial cleaning business. We have more than 100 franchisees across the country right now, and we are continuing to grow.
