TV station interviews Chris and Rebecca of Office Pride in Chattanooga about the awards they keep earning for fantastic service
Chattanooga Office Pride franchise owners Chris and Rebecca Bursch have been pulled into the spotlight again. The Bursches, who have been named franchisee of the year by the Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services franchise for two years running, appeared on ABC affiliate News Channel 9’s “This ‘n’ That” segment with anchor Brian Smith.
Smith’s midday program is part of the Chattanooga chamber of commerce’s monthly segment called “Chamber Changemakers” that airs on the local station and hosts notable, up-and-coming and thriving companies that are making news with their services. Office Pride provides cleaning services for a wide range of industries from health-care and medical to property management and schools. Office Pride’s employees are trained to give facilities exceptional cleaning, every time, and services are customized to meet the needs of customers.
Fast growth for Chattanooga franchisees
Chris and Rebecca, who have been standouts since they joined Office Pride in 2012, were perfect for the midday program. Smith said Office Pride in Chattanooga had “exploded,” adding that the company was relatively new to the area.
Rebecca said they outgrew their first office in two years.
“We started out in the business development center. … We were able to move out six months early because of our growth and our need to be more centrally located to a lot of cleaning opportunities that we have in the Ooltewah and Cleveland areas,” Rebecca told Brian.
The Channel 9 anchor went on to describe Office Pride’s unique value. Chris talked about what Office Pride does and their approach to the business.
“We feel like we bring a difference to Chattanooga,” Chris said. “Our approach to our hiring process is producing the best people to serve our customers, and the technology we use in the business is unique. That includes a multi-color cloth system, so we don’t mix chemicals and don’t cross-contaminate. We have extensive training, especially with the medical business that we have,” Chris told Brian.
Office Pride’s Color-Coded Cleaning system – which makes it simple for employees to avoid mixing chemicals that shouldn’t be mixed and eliminates cross-contamination between restrooms and break rooms, waiting rooms and offices – is just one example of how Office Pride has created systems that make it easier for franchisees to run a great commercial cleaning business.
