The owner of an Office Pride franchise, whose daughter played soccer with mine, recruited me when he learned I was on the job market. After a few years working a job, I didn’t enjoy, we were finally able to finalize the deal when he decided to sell his franchise. With patience, prayer, and God’s help, all obstacles were eventually removed, and the rest is history.
After starting as a customer service associate and grew to District Manager in just 12 years. Despite being fully dedicated to my career and having no plans to pursue anything else, I was impacted by the reduction in force that followed the 2008 recession.
