Todd Hopkins – Founder/CEO/President
Todd founded Office Pride in 1992. His vision is to expand the franchise further across the nation while maintaining the firm’s Biblical core values in every core of operations. In 2008, Todd received the industry’s highest honor, the Distinguished Service Award from the Building Service Contractors Association International, for his service innovation and contributions to the industry. Todd is the author of several Christian-based business books, including “Five Wisdoms for Entrepreneur Survival,” “The Janitor” and “The Carrot Chaser”
Gerry Henley – Executive Vice President
Gerry is a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with a focus on serving and coaching. His goal in business is to help people own and grow a successful business by following the Office Pride Business System. He is passionate about helping our franchisees maximize their success and having the most efficient business and operational systems in place to minimize the stress of starting and managing their business.
Olon Hyde – Director of Operations
Olon started his career as an associate pastor before joining the Office Pride family. Formerly Director of Operations for one of the largest Office Pride franchises and then an Office Pride franchise owner himself, Olon uses the experience gained from those positions to manage the initial training for new franchise owners as well as ongoing support for franchisees.
Rich Helm – Franchise Development
Rich has a BS in Technology and spent time in Engineering and management in the medical device industry and then became a franchise owner. He then founded an independent manufacturers rep agency in the North East. After 10 years of cold and snow, Rich moved to Florida and acquired his second franchise. Six successful years later he sold it and became a franchise broker. Office Pride’s Biblical based franchise model brought us to his attention and he decided to join us and help others envision the Office Pride opportunity.
Gene White – Franchise Development
Gene is a veteran of the Vietnam War and has a BS in Organizational Management. Gene spent 10 years in marketing before deciding to attend Seminary. Gene served as a senior pastor and then as an interim pastor filling the gap at churches that were without a pastor. With his life experiences, and as a triathlon coach, Gene knows how to connect with people and is a natural fit as a franchisee recruiter with Office Pride.
Jeff Burridge – Marketing and Branding
Jeff spent a large portion of his career with the Johnson and Johnson Companies after earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech. He was with several medical device companies before becoming an entrepreneur himself. He started an executive search firm and then 3 other franchises and was a franchise broker before joining Office Pride.
Amy Boll – Executive Administration
Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree from Liberty University and a Master’s Degree from Southwestern Seminary. She has worked in college administration. Amy and her husband Victor, who is the Associate Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater also serve as missionaries in Russia.
Leslie Ogle – Administrative Assistant
Leslie has a BS in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech. She has worked as the Director of Communications in a church in Atlanta and as Administrative Assistant for a travel firm in Tyler Texas. Leslie is our go to, back up, show me how, jack of all trades.
